Culture or Strategy

If you’re asking the question then you don’t have a very good strategy. Culture should be a part of any good business strategy. In order to build culture though you need consistency, something people notice and feel on a regular basis. It’s easy to see when culture has been a part of the strategic thinking of a company.  It shows up in every detail of the company and it shows up in everyday conversation with employees and customers. If you are looking at a way to infuse sales and marketing into your company’s culture or you need to lay the groundwork for culture in your company – Nerchur is a great way to do that.  Again, it’s a process that should be followed everyday.  The question arises though, can you “make” someone use a tool like Nerchur? I like to explain that Nerchur is just as much a part of your culture as wearing a seat belt is to driving.  It doesn’t make sense not to wear one and if you “choose” not to use one then you’re exposing yourself to a list of high-risk consequences and as a business owner – I don’t “choose” to expose myself to high-risk consequences.
